All fixed braces will be removed within the first 365 days (12 months) of treatment. That’s is our “guarantee.” Total treatment time may last longer than 12 months but will be finished with non-fixed orthodontic appliances such as clear tooth aligners. This allows for ideal orthodontic finishing for all 365Braces patients.
In cases of missed appointments, poor cooperation, poor oral hygiene, or for unusual tooth movement or jaw growth reasons, braces may be removed prior to or after the 365 target date. At the discretion of the doctor, it may be advisable to stop fixed treatment at any point up to 365 days after fixed braces are placed.
The doctor may also elect to keep fixed braces in place for time extending past the 365 day date. At this point, the patient will be advised that treatment will need to be extended and the 365 day removal guarantee will be voided by mutual agreement. The doctor will make his/her best effort to finish with any means possible, preferably with tooth aligners.
Patient agrees to wear fixed braces for a minimum of 6 months and not more than 12 months in order to obtain best overall fit prior to going into clear tooth aligner treatment. This portion of 365Braces treatment can also last up to 12 months following tooth aligner delivery. Typical fixed braces treatment is 6-12 months, and clear tooth aligner treatment is 3-6 months.
Financial contract duration is completely independent of treatment contract duration. Specific repayment options are patient specific but typically last 24 months. In the case of refunds, this is done on a patient by patient basis. All efforts will be made to come to an equitable refund amount prorated to cover typical office expenses incurred by the 365Braces provider.
Should patient fail to honor their financial contractual obligation, 365Braces patients agree to end their doctor/patient relationship and will seek orthodontic treatment elsewhere.
